A CLEARER WAY THROUGH THE FEEDBACK

From “same here”
to something your team can act on.

Keep the customer’s words close to the work. TraceDome connects the incoming report, the recurring issue, and the weekly view.

  1. 01

    Bring the feedback together.

Read supported comments and replies in one place, with the original text and source context. Filter by category, source, or what still needs attention.

  2. 02

Find the issue behind the noise.

Group recurring reports, see the evidence, and give an issue an owner and a status. Keep a single serious report visible even when it isn’t the loudest theme.

  3. 03

Leave the week with a clear picture.

Review the seven-day digest: active issues, current report counts, and sentiment. Download or share it when you choose.

START WITH THE CONVERSATIONS YOU OWN

Made for small teams
with real feedback to untangle.

A good fit for consumer apps and product businesses already hearing from customers on social. Bring the reports into a private workspace and give them a path to resolution.

  • You receive product questions, bugs, or requests in comments.
  • Your team needs supporting evidence, not just a sentiment score.
  • Someone can review reports and take ownership of the next step.

A useful scope. Clearly stated.

Can I use TraceDome for my own business?

Yes. Open your workspace and sign in with ChatGPT to work with your own private feedback, issues, and source connections. The public demo is a separate fictional sample; it does not give visitors access to another business’s workspace.

What will I see in the demo?

A fictional budgeting app called Folio, with sample comments, product issues, and a weekly digest. You can explore the workflow without connecting social accounts. Sample labels and counts are illustrative, and sample edits do not change a real customer workspace.

Which accounts can I connect?

The Meta pilot supports your own Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Live access depends on the app’s approval and your account permissions. You can use supported Facebook and Instagram JSON imports while a connection is unavailable. Google reviews are not enabled in the current pilot.

Does TraceDome find every mention of my business?

No. The current pilot reads a bounded set of recent owned-account comments and replies when you refresh. It does not monitor older threads, mentions, tags, or platform-wide conversations. A successful sync is not a guarantee of complete coverage.

Is AI analysis running today?

The current pilot uses transparent rules to label feedback and organize issues. Live AI analysis is not active. A security or privacy flag identifies a customer report for human review; it does not confirm a vulnerability or an incident.

Can I install it on my devices?

You can install the web app on supported Windows and Android browsers, or add it to your iPhone Home Screen from Safari. Browser installation availability varies. The separate native iPhone app is available only through private TestFlight invitations. An internet connection is required; installation does not enable offline feedback access or push notifications.
